Inv v5 Gate Logic: Three-Condition Circuit Breaker Decision Tree
All three conditions must be simultaneously satisfied to allow a recentre event.
Gate 1 provides directional awareness (portfolio is in confirmed bear cascade).
Gates 2 and 3 confirm market structure quality (grid-favorable, non-trending environment).
Any single NO blocks the circuit breaker — normal grid operation continues.
